Ingredients
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup milk, warmed
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
2 eggs
Optional: Honey, Cinnamon
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until frothy.
Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir well.
Gradually add flour to the wet ingredients, mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough until smooth, let it rise until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into portions, shape into rolls, let rise again.
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and cooked through.
Optional: Brush warm rolls with a honey and cinnamon mixture for flavor.
