Ingredients
8 ounces halloumi cheese, sliced into ¼-inch thick slices
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced halloumi in a single layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from skillet and immediately drizzle with lemon juice.
