A creamy, cheesy, and slightly spicy corn dish that’s perfect as a side, appetizer, or party favorite.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Corn Kernels: 4 cups (from 4–5 ears, or substitute canned or frozen)

  • Butter: 2 tablespoons

  • Mayonnaise: 1/4 cup

  • Sriracha Sauce: 1 tablespoon (adjust to taste)

  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon

  • Black Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon

  • Mozzarella Cheese: 1 cup, shredded

  • Green Onions: 2, thinly sliced (for garnish)

  • Sesame Seeds: 1 teaspoon, optional garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler
    Set oven broiler to high to finish the dish with a bubbly, golden cheese topping.

  2. Prepare the corn

    • If fresh, slice kernels off cob.

    • If canned, drain and rinse.

    • If frozen, thaw completely.
      In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté corn for 5–7 minutes until hot and lightly golden.
