Oven Baked Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Ribs
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
Prepare the ribs: Remove the membrane from the back for extra tenderness. Season with salt and black pepper, then place in a large baking dish.
Make the glaze: In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, rice vinegar, ginger, and olive oil.
Coat the ribs: Pour half the glaze over the ribs, coating them well.
Bake low and slow: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 2½ to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.
Caramelize the glaze: Increase oven temp to 400°F (200°C). Brush remaining glaze over the ribs and bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, until sticky and caramelized.
Rest & serve: Let rest a few minutes before slicing into portions.
