The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) is not afraid of celebrity guests and perhaps the biggest name among the attendees was the Prince of Wales and future King of England, who looked sad as he spoke of his wife’s health.
Prince William’s wife of 13 years, Kate Middleton, recently underwent abdominal surgery at the London Clinic for undisclosed reasons, and Lady Diana’s son Spencer also had no plans to reveal them to the public .
Normally this wouldn’t be a problem as the royal family is very secretive about health, but, in contrast, King Charles III has been very open about his own prostate surgery and then his diagnosis with an unrelated cancer .
